Every time a client chooses to work with our recommended Vendors, it is a reflection of me as an Agent, so I have to be careful with whom I recommend. BD Home Inspections has always provided a consistently great experience from beginning to end. The website is very intuitive and efficient. Either clients can schedule an appointment themselves or Agents can schedule it on their client’s behalf. Calling the office has also been just as easy an experience. On the day of a recent inspection, our inspector Brian arrived earlier than the appointment window to complete parts of the inspection that did not require my clients, or I to be there (eg) roof inspection, oil tank sweep, etc. It saved us time and my clients were very appreciative, especially given that their 4 year old toddler was present. He gave a synopsis to us and answered questions patiently before moving inside to complete the inspection. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, approachable, and efficient during the entire inspection. In summary, it was a great client and agent experience from beginning to end. The report was very thorough and detailed and will prove to be a great resource in this transaction, and in years to come as these clients enjoy their new home. Thanks BD Home Inspections! read less

Brian provided a detailed report the next day and went though it with us so there was absolutely no waiting time to find out what we needed to know- critical in today's market. My husband and I recently used Brian for a home inspection. He came highly recommended by our real estate agent and now I understand why. Brian arrived earlier than our scheduled time and performed our oil tank survey and exterior inspection before we even arrived. His attention to detail, overall knowledge and professionalism was impressive. He walked us through the property explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. His knowledge and expertise really made us feel comfortable with our decision to hire him. Oh and did I mention the report! So amazing and detailed. Filled with pictures, maintenance tips, recommendations and any/all deficiencies he found. Easy to read and interact with. Even my attorney was impressed! Having Brian as part of our buying team was a HUGE help for us and ultimately was the reason we decide to buy our house. We closed last week and couldn't be happier. It didn’t seem like a normal walkthrough, he took the time to explain every little thing I asked about, and was completely professional and well informed.
